Strings and Dimensions

The files strings.xml and dimens.xml are not required, but they make programming much easier. For example, assuming the name appears 10 times in your program, you have to modify the name 10 times if the name is changed. However, if you use the strings.xml, you only have to change the name once and it will be applied to the whole project. The following string variables are used in this app:
