Question Style
- Closed books and closed notes
- Questions will be similar to the homework questions, but will be easier.
- Syntactic domains, semantic domains, and semantic functions of denotational semantics will be given if the question asks for the semantics of expressions or statements.
- Abstract syntax and reduction rules of operational semantics will be given if the question asks for the semantics of expressions or statements.
- Question types may include: (i) true-or-false, (ii) multiple choices, (iii) matching, (iv) blank filling, (v) question-and-answer, and (vi) programming.
