Oracle Database 12c (Cont.)


The following environments can be used with the Oracle Databases. Though they are convenient, the developers still have to develop the core (or the most difficult) parts of the applications on their own.
Oracle SQL Developer
It is a graphical version of SQL*Plus that gives database developers a convenient way to perform basic tasks. Once connected, you can perform operations on objects in the database.
Oracle Application Express (APEX)
Oracle Application Express is the Oracle’s primary tool for developing web applications with SQL and PL/SQL. It is a database-centric development tool which can be used to build a vast array of web applications such as online stores.

JDeveloper
Java is an open-source language that is designed for use in the distributed environment of the Internet. You can use Oracle JDeveloper, which is a free integrated Java development environment with support for the full development life cycle.

PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor)
PHP is an open-source server-side embedded scripting language that is designed for web development.
