Using Oracle Database 21c

  1. Check the Oracle Help Pages.

  2. Apply for a UND Engineering Linux Account.

  3. Apply for an Oracle Account.

  4. Use VPN (Virtual Private Network) to connect to the UND networks.
    5.  You may not need to do this if you are on campus.

  5. Log in to the Linux server undcemcs02.und.edu .

  6. The cloud Oracle database server is located at 20.185.147.112:1521 .
    7.  The server hosts an Oracle Database 21c Enterprise Edition Release 21.0.0.0.0 - Production, Version 21.3.0.0.0 . Directly accessing the server is prohibited.

  7. Use Oracle SQL Developer or SQL*Plus to Manage Oracle.
